Hi, I'm Liz. I’m the Head of Content at Humu and the author and illustrator of the Wall Street Journal best-seller No Hard Feelings: The Secret Power of Embracing Emotion at Work. My work has been featured by The New York Times, The Economist, TIME, and NPR.

I regularly run interactive, scientifically-backed workshops on how to: create a culture of belonging, help remote workers avoid burnout, navigate different work styles, and effectively harness emotion as a leader. I’ve spoken at a range of conferences and organizations including SXSW, Google, LinkedIn, The Wing, and Viacom.

Previously, I led product and community projects at Genius, and ran statistical analyses at the economic consulting firm Analysis Group. I start each day by eating yogurt and reading abstracts.
